Lottie Murphy’s feeds are always easy to follow and only the right amount of hard. Free home training? Sorted.

I can’t choose between a live streamed workout or a pre-recorded one: help!

It’s up to you, really. With a live stream, you get a real sense of community, can be more accountable if you’ve booked in with a friend, plus train with lots of other people – virtually of course. “People really enjoy human interaction, especially in a time like this,” says Greg Zimmerman, co-founder of Rowbot gyms. “A live session gives you as much of an internal class feel as possible without actually being there, plus it helps maintain the community spirit.”

Pre-recorded, on the other hand, gives you the freedom to choose when exactly you want to sweat – plus is more often than not free to access, whereas a live stream will cost you £££.
